FY25/26 - HRMS Developer

Estrada Consulting Inc. has been awarded an Information Technology Services contract by the California Department of Fish & Wildlife with a total contract value of $247,000. The contract was awarded on March 18, 2026, and is scheduled for completion on June 30, 2028. The primary service delivery involves Human Resource Management System (HRMS) development resources, structured across two fiscal year periods to support the Department's IT infrastructure and system modernization initiatives.

The contract is structured as two distinct line items representing HRMS Developer resources. The first fiscal year period (FY25/26) is valued at $100,000 for one full-time equivalent developer position, while the second fiscal year period (FY26/27) is valued at $147,000 for continued HRMS Developer support. This tiered pricing structure reflects an increase in resource allocation or scope requirements in the second contract year. Performance is to be delivered to the California Department of Fish & Wildlife during the stated period of performance through June 30, 2028.
