Lansweeper Professional License 1 Year TERM: February 21, 2026 - February 20

The State of California's Business & Economic Development organization awarded a contract to STRATO COMMUNICATIONS INC on February 11, 2026, for Information Technology (IT) goods with a total contract value of $4,730.00. The contract encompasses two distinct line items with a performance period of February 21, 2026 through February 20, 2027. The primary deliverable consists of 2,000 Lansweeper Professional Licenses at a unit price of $2.36 each, totaling $4,720.00. Lansweeper is a network asset management and IT discovery software solution that provides organizations with comprehensive visibility into their IT infrastructure and connected devices.

The secondary line item includes 1,000 Help Desk Agent licenses at a unit price of $0.01 each, totaling $10.00, for the same one-year performance period. These Help Desk Agent licenses represent a complementary service component supporting helpdesk operations during the contract term. The modest total contract value and specific quantities specified suggest this award may represent a statewide or departmental software licensing procurement to support California's IT asset management and support capabilities across multiple user licenses.
