Contract EP559553

The Florida Department of Health has awarded contract EP559553 for tenant broker and real estate brokerage services on a blanket purchase order basis. The contract, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, carries a total contract value of $738,000. This engagement operates under the state's master contract for Tenant Broker and Real Estate Consulting Services (Solicitation DMS 22-23-007C) and is authorized for use by Eleanor Fountain. Services will be rendered on an as-needed basis in accordance with the terms and conditions established in the referenced state contract.

Compensation under this award is structured as commission-based payments determined per the state contract framework and governed by Section 255.25 of the Florida Statutes. The payment mechanism requires property owners to submit commissions to the Department of Health, which subsequently issues purchase orders for direct payment to the engaging tenant broker. The specific prime contractor identity is not identified in the provided contract documentation, though the arrangement establishes the Department of Health as the administering agency for all broker engagement and payment authorization functions.
