Hanger Prosthetics & Orthotics, Inc. Shoe, Diabetic, Off-The-Shelf, Depth-Inlay Side: RTLT A5500 and 1 more item

The Agency for Persons with Disabilities in Florida awarded contract EP555309 to Hanger Prosthetics & Orthotics, Inc. for the procurement of specialized diabetic footwear and orthotic support products. The contract, valued at $764, was awarded on June 11, 2026, with a completion date of June 30, 2026. The deliverables consist of two primary line items: two pairs of off-the-shelf diabetic shoes with depth-inlay construction (RTLT A5500 model) at a unit price of $123.20 each, and six multi-density inserts with direct-formed construction (RTLT A5512 model) at a unit price of $86.40 each.

These prosthetic and orthotic products are intended to support individuals with disabilities under the state agency's service delivery mandate. The relatively brief performance period of approximately three weeks suggests this contract represents a specific procurement fulfilling an immediate need for specialized footwear and supportive devices for eligible beneficiaries within Florida's disability services program.
