The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has awarded contract C80EBE for software licensing and security training services. The contract was awarded on October 6, 2026, with a completion date of June 30, 2027, and carries a total contract value of $8,150.00. The award includes a one-year Lite Package Coverage license supporting 1,180 users, with annual renewal provisions. The service term commences upon issuance of the purchase order and extends for one year.

The deliverables encompass Single Sign-On (SSO) and Application Programming Interface (API) integration capabilities designed to automate user provisioning within the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) Online platform, eliminate manual password management, and integrate certificate data into external systems of record compatible with nexTEST. Additional components include bulk certificate download functionality, enhanced reporting capabilities, and proactive alerts. The contract also includes eight cybersecurity incident response training courses covering topics including Cybersecurity 101, Social Engineering, Phishing, Malware, Physical Device Security, Password Security, Web Browsing, and Artificial Intelligence. A unified dashboard combining CJIS Online and NexTEST platforms will provide organization-wide visibility into user status, training certifications, and compliance requirements, along with on-demand and bulk user notification capabilities to streamline user administration across both platforms.
