The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has awarded contract C7F25F for facility rental services, with an award date of September 14, 2026, and a completion date of June 30, 2027. The contract calls for the rental of the Gator Room, a meeting or event space, along with associated room setup and gratuity services. The total contract value is $484.00, reflecting charges of $200.00 for each of two room rental dates (October 6, 2026, and October 7, 2026), plus an $84.00 gratuity fee for room setup services.

The line item structure indicates 484 units at a unit price of $1.00 each, with the specific services detailed as two consecutive daily room rentals and a single gratuity assessment. While the prime contractor name is not identified in the available documentation, the services are being procured by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission for performance within the state of Florida. The relatively modest contract value and short service delivery window suggest this award pertains to a discrete facility usage requirement during the specified October 2026 timeframe.
