The Agency for Persons with Disabilities in Florida awarded contract C7E78B to a state university on September 3, 2026, with a contract value of $224,768.00 and a completion date of June 30, 2027. The contract requires the university to develop and administer comprehensive surveys designed to enhance the quality, capacity, and consistency of waiver support coordination services throughout the state.

The survey administration component encompasses three distinct stakeholder groups: owners and operators of all qualified organizations within Florida, support coordinators currently employed by qualified organizations, and Integrated Budget (iBudget) clients along with their parents, caregivers, or legal guardians. These surveys will serve as a primary mechanism for gathering feedback and performance data to inform improvements in the delivery and management of waiver support coordination services across the state's network of qualified service providers.
