The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles has awarded contract C7E2D7 for postage procurement services across its Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Office (MVFO) regional operations. The contract, valued at $15,000.00, was awarded on September 1, 2026, with a completion date of December 31, 2026. The single line item calls for funds to support postage expenses for all ten MVFO regional offices throughout Florida, with delivery instructions requiring hand delivery of payment to Heaton Roberson in room C214A.

This contract represents a four-month performance period supporting the mail-related operational requirements of the Department's distributed regional office network. The fixed contract value of $15,000.00 is structured as a single unit purchase, indicating a lump-sum allocation for postage expenses across the specified offices during the contract term. The specific reference to hand delivery of funds suggests coordination with departmental financial management protocols for this administrative support service.
