Landscape maintenance services at The Grove for the period August, September, and October 2026… and 2 more items

The Florida Department of State awarded contract C7BC97 for landscape maintenance and irrigation repair services at The Grove, with a contract value of $10,165.00. The contract period extends from August 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. The award encompasses three distinct line items: landscape maintenance services for the three-month period of August through October 2026 at a unit price of $2,100 per month (3 units), landscape maintenance services for November and December 2026 at a unit price of $1,890 per month (2 units), and an hourly rate of $85 for irrigation repair services.

The contract specifications indicate seasonal adjustments to landscape maintenance pricing, with higher rates during the initial three-month period and reduced rates for the final two months of the contract term. The inclusion of an hourly rate for irrigation repair services suggests that such work will be billed on an as-needed basis beyond the fixed monthly landscape maintenance fees. The prime contractor information and specific county designation are not provided in the available contract documentation.
