3.5 mil Nitrile Glove, Non-Sterile, Latex-Free, Powder-Free, Size MD, Cuff Length: 9.5 inches… and 1 more item

The Florida Department of Corrections issued contract C78CEF on July 1, 2026, for the procurement of nitrile examination gloves. The contract, valued at $1,825.00, is scheduled for completion by September 30, 2026. The award encompasses two distinct line items: ten units of 3.5 millimeter nitrile gloves in medium size and forty units of 3.5 millimeter nitrile gloves in extra-large size, each priced at $36.50 per unit. Both glove variants are non-sterile, latex-free, and powder-free with a 9.5-inch cuff length and must meet the requirements of ASTM D6319 with a Nitrile Acceptance Quality Level between 0.65 and 2.5.

The contract represents a straightforward procurement of personal protective equipment for departmental use. No specific place of performance or prime contractor information is provided in the available documentation. The relatively short contract performance period of approximately three months, combined with the modest total award value, indicates this is a limited-duration supply purchase to meet the Department of Corrections' operational requirements for examination gloves during the third quarter of 2026.
