The State of Florida, through the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, awarded contract C7820F on July 1, 2026, for a blanket order of assorted dairy products. The contract, which supersedes previous contract C6BDA2, establishes a purchase and delivery arrangement for fiscal year 2026-2027 with a total contract value of $9,000.00. The order is structured with a unit price of $1.00 per unit across 9,000 units, with the total amount not to exceed the stated contract value without prior approval from the purchasing office.

The contract period of performance extends from the award date of July 1, 2026, through the completion date of August 31, 2026. This blanket order arrangement provides the Agency for Persons with Disabilities with flexibility to procure assorted dairy products as needed during the specified fiscal year period, subject to the established spending cap and standard blanket order procedures requiring administrative approval for any expenditures exceeding the contract ceiling.
