The Florida Department of Health issued contract C78132 for a blanket purchase order covering miscellaneous parts and routine vehicle maintenance services for Department of Health Putnam County vehicles during fiscal year 2026-27. The contract, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, carries a total contract value of $500 and authorizes the procurement of 500 units of parts at $1 per unit. This arrangement establishes a flexible procurement mechanism allowing the Department of Health to obtain necessary vehicle maintenance components and services on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period.

The prime contractor for this award will supply miscellaneous vehicle parts and perform routine maintenance activities to support Department of Health operations in Putnam County, Florida. The blanket purchase order structure enables the Department of Health to draw down parts inventory and maintenance services throughout the fiscal year without requiring individual purchase transactions for each maintenance requirement. The contract award was formally executed on July 1, 2026, establishing the contractual relationship for the specified 12-month performance period.
