National Student Clearinghouse education verifications(s) of potential new hires/current employees…

The Florida Department of Financial Services entered into contract C77787 effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, for National Student Clearinghouse education verification services. The contract, valued at $7,600, supports the Bureau of Human Resource Management by providing educational credential verifications for potential new hires and current employees on an as-needed basis. Services are to be performed for the State of Florida and billed monthly, with each individual verification priced at $17.31, subject to potential additional institutional surcharges depending on the educational institution involved.

The contract incorporates a minimum monthly charge structure, with Tier 1 services establishing a $100 monthly floor. Billing occurs monthly throughout the contract period, with the total contract value not to exceed $7,600 unless modified through a formal change order. This agreement replaces the predecessor contract C62B1E and is designated for billing and administrative purposes only, facilitating the Department's ability to verify educational credentials as required during the hiring and employment verification process.
