The Florida Department of Financial Services awarded contract C76AE5 effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, for postage meter refill services. The contract is valued at $8,001.00 and is structured as a purchase order for postage increments to support mail operations at the Florida State Fire College. The contract deliverable consists of postage supplies in $4,000.00 increments, with a maximum of eight refill transactions authorized during the fiscal year 2026-2027 period.

Performance of this contract will occur at the Florida State Fire College facility, where the postage meter will be maintained and refilled in accordance with the specified increment schedule. This arrangement provides the Department of Financial Services with a structured, capped approach to managing postage expenditures at the designated state facility over the twelve-month performance period.
