5 Gallon Distilled Zephyrhills Natural Spring Water and 2 more items

The Florida Department of Health has awarded contract C765C4 for the supply of bottled water products, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with a total contract value of $4,139.34. The contract encompasses three water product line items: 60 units of 5-gallon Zephyrhills Natural Spring Water at $5.49 per unit, 60 units of 1-gallon distilled water 6-packs at $8.99 per unit, and 7 pallet units of 1/2-liter Zephyrhills packaged water at $467.22 per pallet (representing 78 cases per pallet on a monthly basis).

The prime contractor information and specific place of performance are not identified in the available contract documentation. The contract represents a one-year supply agreement for bottled water products to support Department of Health operations. The relatively modest contract value and product specifications suggest the water supplies are intended for facility operations, employee use, or potentially client-facing services within the Department of Health's administrative or service delivery functions.
