Toll free number

The Florida Department of Education has awarded a contract effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with an annual contract value of twelve dollars. The contract pertains to the provision of a toll-free number service for the BEESS (Florida's Benefits, Eligibility, Employment, and Support Services) program for fiscal year 2026-2027. The service is structured as a single line item with a unit price of twelve dollars, to be ordered on an as-needed basis. The toll-free number (833)-760-0116 routes callers to (850)-245-0475, which corresponds to a local number in Tallahassee, Florida, indicating the primary point of contact for program inquiries and support.

The contract establishes a singular point of contact for BEESS program beneficiaries and stakeholders seeking information or assistance during the specified performance period. With the nominal contract value of twelve dollars, this award represents a minimal financial commitment while establishing continuity of service access for the Department of Education's benefits and support services program. No prime contractor name is identified in the provided contract documentation.
