Hot Water Tank for DEP Lab: CCY 100G 250 MBH NAT WHTR @ $14,862.640

The Florida Department of Management Services issued contract C75687 to deliver hot water tanks for the Department of Environmental Protection Laboratory. The contract, valued at $14,862.64, calls for the delivery of commercial-grade hot water tanks with a capacity of 100 gallons and a heating capacity of 250 MBH (thousand British thermal units per hour) operating on natural gas. The contract was awarded on June 8, 2026, with a completion date of June 30, 2026, establishing a performance period of approximately three weeks.

The line item specification indicates a quantity of 14,862 units at a unit price of $1.00 each, though this unit pricing structure appears inconsistent with the overall contract amount and may reflect administrative coding conventions rather than actual per-unit costs. The contract documentation does not specify the prime contractor's identity, the specific county location of performance, or the precise delivery location within the Department of Environmental Protection's laboratory facilities. The compressed performance timeline from award to completion suggests either expedited procurement for immediate operational needs or equipment replacement requirements at the laboratory.
