The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission awarded a contract to Fletcher Plumbing Inc. on May 19, 2026, with a completion date of June 30, 2026. The contract value totals $3,250.00 and encompasses water service installation work consisting of 3,250 units at $1.00 per unit. The specific scope of work includes labor and materials necessary to install new water service lines from the water meter to building locations using Schedule 40 polyvinyl chloride (PVC) piping.

The work scope requires the contractor to perform site preparation by cutting and removing asphalt, install one PVC water service line, conduct pressure testing, backfill excavated areas, and patch surface conditions. The contractor is required to request line locates through Sunshine 811 prior to installation; however, Fletcher Plumbing Inc. assumes no responsibility for unmarked utility lines. The contract pricing of $1.00 per unit has been established to account for potential unforeseen complications during project execution.
