The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles awarded a contract on July 1, 2026, for ADORE Software-Hosted Maintenance Renewal services. The contract, identified as C73866, carries a total value of $3,134.00 and extends through June 30, 2027. The deliverable consists of a one-year hosted maintenance renewal plan that includes unlimited technical support and all version updates for the ADORE software platform. Payment is required by June 28, 2026, with service access subject to denial and system shutdown on June 30, 2026, if payment is not received by the specified deadline.

The contract represents a renewal of existing software maintenance services rather than a new system implementation. The single line item is priced at $3,134.00 for one renewal license, providing continuous system availability and support throughout the twelve-month performance period. While the prime contractor name is not specified in the provided documentation, the awarding agency and contract structure indicate that the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles maintains operational dependency on this hosted software solution for its administrative functions.
