The contract, identified as C6BE00, carries a total value of $4,198.28 and is scheduled for completion by June 30, 2026. The line item specifies Quote Number 33252885 and indicates that the unit price equals the total contract amount. Payment is contingent upon completion of services, Department acceptance, and receipt of an itemized invoice, with provisions allowing for partial payments.

The contract terms establish that the prime contractor must deliver satisfactory services or re-perform any deficient work at no additional cost to the Department. The agreement explicitly reserves the Department's right to withhold payment or terminate the contract in the event of service failure or non-delivery. While the specific location of performance is not identified in the contract documentation, the work is being executed under the authority of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. The contract excludes shipping and handling charges from the stated price, and these costs would be billed separately to the Department.
