Online Notary Education Course and 2 more items

The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles awarded contract C6BC07 on January 28, 2026, for a four-year period ending January 27, 2030. The contract, valued at $140, encompasses three distinct line items: an online notary education course ($25), a premium notary package ($103) that includes a $7,500 notary bond, state filing fee, and rectangular self-inking stamp, and shipping and handling services ($12.95). The premium notary package is designated for Tamara Edwards.

The contract represents a straightforward procurement for notary public certification and related materials. The deliverables consist of educational coursework, bonding and licensing support, physical notary supplies, and logistics services required to establish notary public credentials. The low overall contract value reflects the specialized nature of the procurement, which appears targeted to support individual notary commissioning rather than broad-based service delivery. No additional location details beyond the State of Florida are specified in the contract documentation.
