POLICY module including Test, Survey, Alerts, and Training Records Item: PowerDMS Professional… and 1 more item

The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles has awarded a contract (C6375E) to PowerDMS for professional policy management software. The contract, valued at $26,296.10, covers a one-year term from October 13, 2025, to October 12, 2026, and focuses on the implementation of a POLICY module that includes test, survey, alert, and training record capabilities.

The contract specifies a user tier for 2600-2699 users and appears to include a seven-year ramp-up plan for product and pricing model transitions. The line items indicate a single unit purchase at the full contract price, suggesting a comprehensive software licensing and implementation agreement. The solution will likely enhance the department's internal training, compliance, and documentation management processes through the PowerDMS professional platform.
