The Florida Department of Corrections has awarded a contract (C62B72) for lodging expenses related to a Training and Reception (T&R) Reception Classification Meeting. The contract, valued at $4,520.00, covers accommodation for 20 participants at the Holiday Inn Express Tallahassee East Capital, located at 2003 Apalachee Parkway in Tallahassee, Florida. The lodging period spans two nights, from Wednesday, October 22, 2025, to Friday, October 24, 2025, with a nightly rate of $113.00 per room.

The contract represents a short-term lodging procurement for a specific departmental meeting, with a precisely defined scope of services. The awarded contract covers the complete lodging expenses for the event, including room accommodations for the specified number of participants. The brief period of performance and focused nature of the contract suggest this is a targeted meeting for the Florida Department of Corrections, likely related to internal classification and training procedures.
