Item # L528 PA Ladies Performance Fine Jaquard Polo-Small size in Hyper Blue color, LOGO ONLY… and 2 more items

The Florida Department of Health awarded contract C61D88 on August 26, 2025, with a completion date of November 27, 2025. The contract involves the procurement of two polo shirts for an employee named Kamisha Sobers Johnson, with a total contract value of $59.00. The line items include a Ladies Performance Fine Jaquard Polo in Hyper Blue (Small size) priced at $26.75 and a Ladies Rapid Dry Polo in Black (Small size) priced at $22.95, with an additional $9.75 charge for shipping and handling.

The contract appears to be a small-scale uniform or apparel procurement for a specific Department of Health employee, with both items designated for logo application. The brief contract period spans approximately three months, and the low dollar value suggests this is a targeted, individual-focused purchase rather than a broader departmental uniform initiative. The items are both polo-style shirts in different colors and performance materials, indicating a potential need for specialized work attire for the named individual.
