Building access cards for the Roberts Building. HID PROXCARD II COLORID CONFIGURATION # 44363590…

The Florida Department of Children and Families has awarded contract C60C02 for the procurement of building access cards for the Roberts Building. The contract, valued at $1,190.00, covers the purchase of 500 HID PROXCARD II security access cards with specific configuration parameters, including a 26-bit format, facility code 21, and internal/external card number ranges of 985-1484. The cards feature a plain white matte finish, laser-engraved sequential numbering, and a vertical slot punch.

The contract is scheduled for execution from August 11, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with a unit price of $2.38 per card. The procurement acknowledges potential lead time challenges due to global parts shortages, and shipping costs are noted as being excluded from the contract value. The access cards are designed for secure building entry management within the Roberts Building, utilizing HID's Prox Card II (Clamshell) technology with a standard configuration optimized for access control systems.
