The Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) has awarded a contract (C5F711) for utility and service procurement at a specific facility located at 5565 Crawfordville Highway in Tallahassee, Florida. The contract covers two primary line items: electricity services and fire services for fiscal year 2025/2026, with a total contract value of $1,500.00. This award represents a replacement for a previous requisition identified as C5263B.

The contract is structured with two distinct line items: electricity services, comprising 600 units, and fire services, comprising 900 units, each priced at a unit value of $1.00. The period of performance spans from the award date of July 28, 2025, to the completion date of June 30, 2026. The procurement appears to be focused on ensuring essential utility and emergency services for the Department of Children and Families' facility in Tallahassee, with a relatively modest total contract value that suggests these are recurring, standard operational support services.
