Theralogix TheraLith XR Vitamin & Mineral Supplement - Supports Healthy Urine Chemistry & Calcium… and 1 more item

The Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities awarded a contract (C5F43C) on July 23, 2025, with a completion date of August 20, 2025. The contract involves the procurement of two specific nutritional supplement products, with a total contract value of $227. The first line item is Theralogix TheraLith XR Vitamin & Mineral Supplement, consisting of 2 units at $74.78 each, which supports healthy urine chemistry and calcium oxalate levels with magnesium, vitamin B6, and potassium, and is NSF Certified.

The second line item is a Turmeric Curcumin supplement with BioPerine Black Pepper Extract, involving 3 units at $25.95 each. This product features 755mg capsules in a vegetarian format, is GMO-free, and standardized to 95% curcuminoids for maximum potency. The brief contract period and modest contract value suggest this may be a targeted procurement to support specific nutritional needs for individuals served by the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities.
