Blanket Purchase Order for Telephonic Interpretation Services and Document Translations Location…

The Florida Department of Health has awarded a blanket purchase order contract for telephonic interpretation services and document translation services. The contract, identified as C765F0, was awarded effective July 1, 2026, with a completion date of June 30, 2027. The contract specifies a total contract amount of $3,000.00, with services to be provided at Floyd Kelton Multiple Division locations per the attached proposal. The line item establishes a unit price of $1.00 per service unit, with an estimated quantity of 3,000 units anticipated over the contract period.

The blanket purchase order structure allows the Department of Health to access telephonic interpretation and document translation services on an as-needed basis throughout the one-year performance period. This contracting vehicle enables the state agency to obtain language services for communications with non-English speaking individuals and translation of vital documents across departmental operations. The fixed contract value of $3,000.00 represents the total authorized spending ceiling for these services during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
