The Florida Department of Corrections has awarded a blanket purchase order contract for court reporting services under State Term Contract K05655. The contract, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, carries a contract value of $10,000. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis across all 20 Judicial Circuits throughout Florida, with the prime contractor identified as C76DA7.

The scope of services encompasses court reporting support for a broad range of proceedings, including hearings, depositions, Correctional Mental Health hearings, Department of Administrative Hearings (DOAH) hearings, trials, mediations, bid protests, Public Employees Relations Commission (PERC) hearings, and civil and criminal cases. The blanket purchase order structure with a unit price of $1 per unit (10,000 units) establishes a flexible procurement mechanism to accommodate the Department of Corrections' fluctuating demand for court reporting services across its statewide judicial operations.
