The Florida Department of Children and Families has awarded a blanket purchase order (C77DCB) effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, for court reporting services in Circuit 5. The contract, valued at $2,500.00, provides for appearance fees, transcript costs, postage, and handling fees associated with dependency hearings and trials conducted on an as-needed basis. This purchase order succeeds the prior fiscal year's purchase order C5C918. The point of contact for this award is Sandi Disdier at sandra.disdier@myflfamilies.

The contract encompasses up to 2,500 units of court reporting services to support judicial proceedings within Florida's Fifth Judicial Circuit. Services will be delivered throughout the contract period based on actual demand and hearing schedules. The low annual value of $2,500.00 reflects the blanket purchase order structure, which establishes a framework for services to be called upon as needed rather than a firm commitment of funds.
