The Florida Department of Environmental Protection awarded contract C78509 for the procurement of UV laminated vinyl sticker sheets. The contract, valued at $3,284.22, was awarded on July 1, 2026, with a completion date of June 30, 2027. The deliverable consists of 3,000 individual sticker sheets, each containing 16 kiss-cut, round-cornered rectangular stickers measuring 1.1864 by 1.464 inches. The stickers are process-printed on white vinyl and designed to be peeled and applied to water bottles with pre-imprinted areas. Three different sticker sheet designs are specified, with all sheets wrapped or banded in packs of 50.

The material specifications require lightweight white vinyl suitable for waterproof application with UV lamination protection. Sheets are sized at 6.375 by 8.0 inches and configured in a 4-by-4 sticker arrangement. Payment is contingent upon Department of Environmental Protection receipt and acceptance of the commodities, along with submission of an itemized invoice detailing item descriptions, quantities, and unit costs. The contract terms permit partial payments and establish a contract period of one year.
