The Florida Department of Children and Families awarded a blanket purchase order (Contract No. C78063) effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, for regional mail machine supplies to be provided on an as-needed basis. The contract is valued at $800 and is designed to support the department's SendPro MailCenter 2000 mail system operations. The supplies will be ordered through the existing C3EE09 contract vehicle, with billing directed to account number 0011763227. The contract references a previously issued purchase order (C5A8E7) and identifies specific equipment including a mail center meter (Serial No. 8035763) and power stacker unit (Serial No. 0003038).

The line item specification indicates a quantity of 800 units at $1 per unit, though the specific mail machine supplies to be delivered are not detailed in the available documentation. This one-year contract represents a continuation of mail center supply support for the department's operational requirements in Florida.
