Proofpoint ZenGuide - Enterprise VR.2 - Subscription License Replace: C5E09D and 6 more items

The Florida Department of State has awarded a contract valued at $10,840.00 for the provision of Proofpoint ZenGuide Enterprise Version 2 subscription licenses. The contract was executed on August 1, 2026, with a completion date of June 30, 2027, representing an approximately 11-month period of performance. The contract calls for 3,500 total subscription licenses at a unit price of $21.68 per license across seven identical line items. The award replaces a previous contract designated C5E09D and is identified under the National Association of State Procurement Officials cooperative purchasing agreement number 43230000-NASPO-16-ACS.

The contract documentation does not identify the prime contractor by name, nor does it specify a particular county or place of performance beyond the State of Florida. Proofpoint ZenGuide Enterprise Version 2 is a security awareness and training platform designed to reduce human risk in cybersecurity environments. The subscription license model indicates that the Department of State will maintain access to the software platform for the duration of the contract period, with the deliverable being the continued provision of user licenses rather than a perpetual software purchase.
