The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles awarded contract 43230000-23-NASPO-ACS-C7D5E8 to supply software licensing services effective August 31, 2026, through August 31, 2027. The contract, valued at $377.00, was executed through the NASPO Software Value Added Reseller (SVAR) program under master contract CTR060028. The deliverable consists of ten (10) single-user licenses for TreeSize Professional maintenance renewal, an electronically software delivered (ESD) product manufactured by JAM Software (Part #101u_12), priced at $37.79 per unit for a twelve-month subscription period.

TreeSize Professional is a software utility tool, with the maintenance renewal providing continued access and support services throughout the contract performance period. The contract represents a renewal of existing software licensing arrangements through the established NASPO cooperative purchasing framework, enabling the state procurement of software maintenance services at negotiated rates. No specific county or alternate place of performance is identified in the contract documentation beyond the contracting state of Florida.
