Portable Air Cleaner Number of Speeds 4 Voltage 120V AC Includes Air Quality Monitor UV-C Sanitizer

The Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities executed a contract award (C7F296) valued at $393.00 for the procurement of one portable air cleaner unit. The equipment specified is a four-speed, 120V AC portable air cleaner that includes an integrated air quality monitor and UV-C sanitizer functionality. The contract was awarded on September 14, 2026, with a completion date of October 31, 2026, representing a compressed performance period of approximately six weeks.

The contract was structured through the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) Aggregated Cooperative Purchasing System (ACS), which enables state and local government entities to leverage cooperative purchasing agreements. While the specific prime contractor name and geographic place of performance are not detailed in the available documentation, the contracting organization's mission indicates the equipment is intended to support operations or services for persons with disabilities within Florida. The minimal contract value and short timeline suggest this represents a routine equipment purchase rather than a comprehensive service delivery engagement.
