Educational workshop for school leaders - model of instruction 101

Instructional Empowerment Inc. has been awarded a contract by the Arizona Department of Education for the delivery of Model of Instruction 101 educational services. The contract, identified as CTR079472, covers the period from November 17, 2025, to November 16, 2026, and is part of the Arizona Charter Schools Program (AZCSP) award requirements approved by the U.S. Department of Education. The contract encompasses two primary line items: a Model of Instruction 101 Toolkit and a Model of Instruction 101 Workshop, each priced at one unit.

The procurement, authorized under A.R.S. 41-2535 and A.A.C. R2-7-D301(4), is a non-competitive procurement with an estimated total cost not exceeding $35,000. The contract stipulates that Instructional Empowerment Inc. will provide one workshop per year over three consecutive academic years, specifically targeting AZCSP school leaders. The procurement determination, prepared by Procurement Supervisor Delilah Gonzalez on October 21, 2025, justifies the single-source procurement based on the unique requirements of the federal charter schools program award.
