Agency Mandatory Contract PO05492127

Delta Dental of Virginia has been awarded an Agency Mandatory Contract (PO05492127) by the Virginia Department of Human Resource Management, effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. The cumulative contract value is $86,415.35. As an agency mandatory contract, this award represents a required procurement vehicle for eligible state agencies seeking dental services or benefits administration from the designated provider.

The contract establishes Delta Dental of Virginia as the prime contractor responsible for delivering dental insurance or dental benefits administration services to Virginia state agencies and their eligible participants during the one-year performance period. The specific scope of work, performance locations, and service delivery methods are typical of dental benefits contracts, which generally encompass claims processing, provider network management, and member services. The modest cumulative value suggests this may represent a partial-year obligation, a limited scope of coverage, or a supplemental arrangement within a larger dental benefits program administered by the Virginia Department of Human Resource Management.
