About this IDV

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Albuquerque District awarded an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) to Fpm-Aecom JV1, a joint venture between FPM Remediations, Inc. and AECOM Technical Services, Inc. The $50 million, multiple-award IDC provides Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) to support the Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS) program within the USACE Albuquerque District's area of responsibility, which includes New Mexico, southern Colorado, and west Texas. The contract has a 5-year base period and was awarded on a best value basis, with no small business set-asides.

Task orders issued under this IDC will require a range of environmental remediation services, including military munitions response, site investigations, remedial actions, and compliance monitoring, to address hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste (HTRW) sites and emerging contaminants like per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) at current and former military installations. The contract aims to facilitate procurement of these environmental services in support of the USACE's installation management, military construction, and civil works missions. Two sample task orders were provided, one for maintaining regulatory compliance at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona, and another for a minimum guarantee task order in the Albuquerque area.
