About this IDV

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has awarded a $240 million, multiple award Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) to provide professional land surveying services primarily in support of border infrastructure projects along the southern U.S. border. The master IDC contract, set aside for small businesses, was awarded to approximately 10 firms including VGW Geospatial Joint Venture, a small disadvantaged, veteran-owned business. Under this IDC, the Army Corps has issued firm fixed price task orders to VGW Geospatial for surveying work in California, Missouri, and Arkansas. The surveying services include boundary surveys, topographic mapping, control surveys, research of historic land records, and other professional land surveying tasks to support the Corps' border infrastructure and civil works projects. The contract has a base period of 3 years with two 12-month option periods, and the work will be performed in the primary states of California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, as well as secondary states across the Western U.S.
