The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center has awarded a series of firm fixed-price delivery orders to Chromalloy Component Services, Inc., a for-profit manufacturer, for the remanufacture of F100 and F108 engine components. These awards, totaling over $22 million in potential value, are part of Chromalloy's broader portfolio of indefinite delivery contracts with the Air Force valued up to $460 million. The delivery orders provide critical sustainment and readiness support for the Air Force's aviation assets by remanufacturing and repairing key parts such as F100 combustion chambers, F108 low pressure turbine assemblies, and related components. All work is performed at Chromalloy's facility in San Antonio, Texas. The contracts do not utilize any set-aside designations. These delivery orders align with the Air Force Sustainment Center's mission to maintain the readiness and airworthiness of the service's tactical aircraft fleet through the continued availability of remanufactured and repaired engine components from an experienced and qualified contractor.
