About this IDV
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service has awarded an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) to All American Emergency Services, a self-certified small disadvantaged, woman-owned small business. The IDC, with a ceiling value of $250,000, is for the provision of potable and gray water trucks, as well as trailer-mounted handwashing stations, to support wildfire response and forestry management operations in Regions 3, 5, and 6.
Through multiple firm fixed price delivery orders issued against the IDC, All American Emergency Services will provide a variety of emergency response equipment and services, including temporary shelters, vehicles, sanitation solutions, power equipment, and complete camp solutions. These assets will be deployed across high-risk wildfire areas in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and New Mexico to aid the Forest Service's firefighting, disaster relief, and land management missions. The IDC enables the agency to rapidly obtain critical equipment and services on an as-needed basis through a pre-qualified small business vendor.
