NASA awarded a multiple-award GWAC to Govsmart, Inc., a HUBZone-certified small business, under SEWP VI with a $20 billion contract ceiling and an award date of November 1, 2026; the vehicle runs through October 31, 2036.
SEWP VI provides NASA and all federal agencies with a full suite of IT solutions for communication and audio-visual solutions, including products and services, under a Total Small Business set-aside. Place of performance is governmentwide. The program is a successor to SEWP V, on which Govsmart maintains a substantial footprint of 4,172 task orders valued at $1.69 billion combined.
Govsmart, a Charlottesville, Virginia-based Subchapter S corporation, specializes in software licensing, cloud services, and IT hardware resale. The vendor's portfolio spans commercial software platforms (ServiceNow, Tableau, Adobe, Splunk, SolarWinds, and others), FedRAMP-compliant solutions, and enterprise hardware including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment. Govsmart operates primarily with direct delivery capacity, with subcontractors comprising approximately 9 percent of total contractor hours across its prime contracts.
Recent representative delivery orders under SEWP V include a $4.05 billion Department of Interior order for Tableau licenses and a $3.08 million Air Force Electronic Systems Center order for Public Key Infrastructure services. Govsmart also holds a $10 billion indefinite delivery contract with the U.S. Army's Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems under ITES-4H, running through September 18, 2035.
