NASA awarded a multiple-award GWAC to Telos Corporation under SEWP VI on November 1, 2026, with a $20 billion ceiling and ultimate completion date of October 31, 2036. SEWP VI is a governmentwide one-stop acquisition vehicle for federal information technology product and service solutions, serving all federal agencies.
The contract is designated as a Partial Small Business set-aside. Place of performance is nationwide. The period of performance runs through October 31, 2036.
SEWP VI encompasses information technology products, services, and solutions across NAICS and PSC categories spanning electronic computer manufacturing, wired telecommunications, IT equipment system configuration, IT components procurement, and enterprise infrastructure modernization. The vehicle is intended to deliver cybersecurity, risk management, and enterprise IT infrastructure capabilities to the federal government.
As a multiple-award GWAC, SEWP VI operates alongside other prime awardees under the same program vehicle. Telos holds concurrent IT infrastructure and modernization vehicles including the SHIELD IDIQ (Missile Defense Agency, $151 billion ceiling through December 2035), Navy SeaPort-NxG IDIQ ($4 billion through January 2029), and Base Infrastructure Modernization Services IDIQ (Electronic Systems Center, $8.75 billion through August 2034). Task order activity under those vehicles remains in early execution phases. Telos' recent federal service-contract revenue totaled $134.1 million across FY2022–FY2024, reflecting work for Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, Defense Information Systems Agency, and Army commands. The vendor's labor-hour rates on federal contracts ranged from approximately $86.38 to $259.33 per hour during that period, with subcontractors performing approximately 30 percent of contract hours.
