IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 13.204(B) INDIVIDUAL PURCHASES UNDER THIS BPA SHALL NOT EXCEED THE DOLLAR LIMITATION FOR SMALL PURCHASES(FAR 13.103). THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS ARE THE ONLY PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO SOLICIT QUOTATIONS, EITHER WRITTEN OR VERBAL, OR REQUESTED DELIVERIES AGAINST THIS AGREEMENT: SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST, CONTRACT SPECIALIST AND/OR INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST OR CONTRACTING OFFICER.
