WHILE THE PREVIOUS COVID RELIEF SUPPORT OFFERED BOTH A CRITICAL LIFELINE AND A KEY INITIAL INVESTMENT IN DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL CAPACITY, AN AWARD FROM THE CURRENT AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT WOULD CATALYZE A NEW PHASE OF TRANSFORMATIVE GROWTH.
