The Exodus.life Recovery Bridge project will operate in Jefferson and Pulaski Counties, Arkansas, with administrative oversight and place of performance in Little Rock, Arkansas. Over the three-year performance period (through September 29, 2029), peer workers with personal recovery experience will deliver individual coaching, peer groups, recovery education, treatment and housing navigation, family support, and reentry assistance. The project targets 600 unduplicated participants in year one (240 from Jefferson County, 360 from Pulaski County), 700 in year two (280 and 420, respectively), and 800 in year three (320 and 480, respectively). Services address opioid, stimulant, or other substance use disorders; co-occurring mental health conditions; trauma exposure; relapse or overdose risk; and barriers related to housing, transportation, employment, family stability, and treatment access. The program includes recovery-ready workplace partnerships and will serve primarily adults ages 26–54, with dedicated transition-age tracks for ages 16–25 and access for older adults.
