The grant funding will allow the Tribe's Perkins Family Clinic Behavioral Health program to continue expanding its capacity to provide integrated medical, behavioral health, and substance use services, including medication-assisted treatment, counseling, peer recovery support, case management, and recovery groups, to both Native and non-Native clients in the rural communities of Lincoln, Logan, and Payne counties in Oklahoma. The grant will also support the continued implementation of the White Bison Warrior Down offender reentry program in local county jails, as well as the distribution of harm reduction tools and training in trauma-informed care.
