About this award
This $100,000 Project Grant awarded by the U.S. Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service under the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (CFDA 15.662) will continue control efforts for four invasive plant species - purple loosestrife, Eurasian watermilfoil, narrow leaf cattail, and European frog bit - on tribally significant coastal wetlands of the St. Marys River in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The project period runs from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026.
