Description
They breed in the northern U.S. And overwinter in argentina, migrating through the mid-atlantic states along the way. Their migration movements and needs are not well understood and more information is necessary to ensure critical stopover habitats are available. This work will tag and track bobolinks to identify the most heavily used stopover habitats during their migration. Having this knowledge is essential to inform conservation plans to protect and restore the species.
