The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) awarded a $1,094,700 Project Grant to the Ohio Arts Council under the Promotion of the Arts Partnership Agreements program (CFDA 45.025). The grant will support arts programs, services, and activities carried out under the NEA-approved strategic plan through September 2022. Specifically, sub-awards will provide operating support to 16 sub-grantees across Ohio, including arts organizations like the Jazz Arts Group of Columbus and the Fine Arts Association (dba The School of Fine Arts), to program arts activities. The sub-awardees represent a variety of arts disciplines such as music, theater, and visual arts. This funding furthers the NEA's mission to develop partnerships with state arts agencies to advance the arts nationwide.
